Again, a lazy weekend. Decided to goto Savandurga. On the way, stopped at Big Banyan Tree at Ramohalli. Between Ramohalli and Savandurga, got a nice view of Manchinbele (Manchanbele) reservoir/dam. Once at Savanadurga, first went to the Forest Department's park where there's a nice small lake in front of the majestic 1000 ft Savandurga rockface. Also, tried to look for Madhunashini, a herb supposed to cure diabetes, to which I was introduced in an earlier trip to this place. After this went to the rock face incline behind the village, and tried to climb but Gunjan didn't seem to have the energy to do this. Hence came back down. Decided to not take the same route back, and instead took a road to Ramanagaram. From Ramnagaram, went to JanapadaLoka (Janpad Loka), and Kanva reservoir.
